Join us from Friday, December 2nd to Sunday, December 4th for the annual Bay Area J-Fashion Holiday Pop-Up Shop! This in-person event will consist of

This event will take place in the Hotel Kabuki in Japantown, San Francisco. For more information about the venue, or to book a room in our room block, please see here.

The shopping portion of this event is FREE and open to the general public! This is an all-ages event, and J-fashion attire is NOT REQUIRED in order to shop our Vendor Hall, Artist Alley, or Swap Meet. Vaccination is required and will be checked at the door.

VIP Shopping Hour (Saturday, 11 AM - 12 PM): $20, tickets go on sale on November 1st, 12 PM

Tea Party Tickets (Sunday, 12 PM - 4 PM): $60, tickets go on sale on November 6th, 12 PM

Swap Meet Seller Sign-Up: $40 a table, spots are VERY limited. Sign-ups will open on November 13th, 12 PM. For more information about registering for a swap meet table, please see the Swap Meet page.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Vendor applications are closed, but we are still accepting waitlist sign-ups. For information on how to apply as a vendor, please click here.
COVID-19 POLICY

All attendees must be fully vaccinated, and must provide proof of vaccination and ID at the door.

"Fully vaccinated" means that at least two weeks have passed after receiving the second dose of a vaccination series. Boosters are not required, but recommended.

Children under 18 are not required to have ID, but must still display proof of vaccination to attend.
ā

Both physical and digital proof of vaccination, like a verification app, will be accepted.
ā

Masks are required to be worn in the event space at all times. Please wear a well-fitted mask that covers your nose and mouth.

We will be limiting the number of people allowed inside our event spaces at once. Please social distance whenever possible, and be respectful of others' personal space.
