Join us for a Japanese-style afternoon tea party for Winter International Lolita Day hosted in the Kabuki Hotel in San Francisco, California.

You may purchase one (1) Tea Party ticket and two (2) cocktail tickets per checkout. Please checkout separately if you need to purchase a separate Tea Party ticket for any additional guests.

• Black Garlic Wagyu Slider -  mizuna greens, yuzu aioli, brioche bun

• Yuzu Panna Cotta (vegetarian)

• Cucumber Avocado Roll (vegan, GF)

• Tamari Roasted Winter Vegetable Lettuce Wrap (vegan, GF)

• Black Sesame Mochi Cake (vegan, GF)

• Accoutrements: wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, miso aioli, tonkatsu sauce

• Beverages: a display of assorted teas

Cocktail tickets* can be exchanged for our Holiday Cocktail: a Winter Sangria Highball, containing red wine, peach liqueur, triple sec, apple, stone fruit, ginger syrup, and club soda.

 

*Maximum 2 tickets per attendee, limited to those 21 or older. Your ID will be checked at the door.

The meal will be served buffet-style, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please make a note of any dietary restrictions or allergies in the registration form and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

COORDINATE CONTEST

Theme: Mindy’s Minty Marshmallows and Captain Chris’s Christmas Candy Collection

Peppermints, cookies, and black licorice, oh my!
Wear a coord inspired by your favorite sweet treats, whether that’s a sprinkle-covered marshmallow or black forest cake. Holiday-themed sweets encouraged!

As always, neither the coord contest or theme is required when attending our tea parties. The coord contest is optional and those who participate will have the chance to win prizes donated by participating vendors!

All attendees can get their photo taken and receive a polaroid of their coordinate whether or not they are participating in the contest.

SECRET SANTA (OPTIONAL)

If you would like to participate in an optional Secret Santa exchange, please indicate this on the registration form and we will reach out with more information! We request that gifts be roughly $15-$20 in value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations may be made up to seven (7) days before the event. The Eventbrite fee portion of the ticket price is non-refundable - it will not be returned to the ticket buyer unless the entire event is canceled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase. There are no transfers of tickets for this event.

DRESS CODE

The dress code for this event is Lolita fashion or Elegant Gothic Aristocrat (EGA) fashion. We encourage guests to wear holiday or winter-inspired coordinates! Plus ones are welcome to attend in formal or winter-themed attire.  No costumes or cosplay, please.

ATTENDANCE RESTRICTIONS

We are limiting attendance to those 16 years of age and older. Tickets are first-come, first-serve - attendees cannot reserve seats without completing the checkout process.

COVID-19 POLICY

• All attendees must be fully vaccinated, and must provide proof of vaccination and ID at the door.

• "Fully vaccinated" means that at least two weeks have passed after receiving the second dose of a vaccination series. Boosters are not required, but recommended.

• Children under 18 are not required to have ID, but must still display proof of vaccination to attend.

• Both physical and digital proof of vaccination, like a verification app, will be accepted.

• Please bring a face mask and wear it when not actively eating or drinking.
